No automated decisions, and no forms that simply end up in a database.
How it works

Step 3
Funding, invoice by invoice
Once the account is approved and active, each eligible invoice can be advanced under the terms agreed with the lender.

It depends mainly on your customers, your volume, your payment terms and how the deal is structured. The lender sets the rate and terms in writing before you sign.
Yes. In factoring, your customers typically pay their invoices directly to the lender or to an account the lender controls. The process is handled professionally.
It typically doesn't work like a traditional loan. The financing is backed mainly by your accounts receivable and by the credit quality of the customers who pay the invoices. The exact structure depends on the lender.
No. We're a commercial finance broker: we review your case and send it to the lender that fits best. The lender sets the rate and terms.
Factoring typically works with invoices to other businesses (B2B) or to the government (B2G). Invoices to consumers typically don't fit this structure.
As a reference, the advance is usually between 80% and 95% of the invoice value, depending on the lender, the industry and the operation. The final amount depends on your customers, your volume and the lender’s terms.
Submitting a request to Grupo Ruico is not a financing approval. Any credit review or later requirement depends on the lender involved.
