About us

We help your business finance equipment and working capital

We review your situation, explain your options clearly, in English or Spanish, and stay with you until the funding provider makes a decision. We focus on equipment financing and invoice factoring for businesses in the United States.

How we work

Grupo Ruico is an independent broker, not a lender: each provider sets approval and terms.

What a commercial finance broker does

Every funding provider has its own criteria: the industries it works with, minimum time in business, revenue, the type of equipment or the credit profile of the customers who pay your invoices. For a business owner, finding out who might approve a request usually means phone calls, repeated applications and vague answers.

Our job is to bring order to that process. We learn what you need, identify the type of financing that may fit and present your request to third-party providers that work with that profile. Approval, amount and terms are always set by the provider.

What we do

  • Listen to what your business needs, by when and why.
  • Assess whether your situation fits equipment financing or invoice factoring better.
  • Explain how each structure works and what documents providers typically ask for.
  • Present your request to third-party funding providers.
  • Keep you informed while the provider reviews your file.

What we don't do

  • We don't lend money or buy invoices with our own capital.
  • We don't approve requests or set rates, terms or amounts.
  • We don't guarantee that a request will be approved.
  • We don't ask for sensitive financial documents in the first inquiry.

Our approach

What working with us looks like

Financing usually comes up under pressure: a large order, a machine that broke down, a payroll that can't wait. That's why we hold ourselves to four things in every conversation.

The business first, then the product

Before we talk about factoring or an equipment loan, we want to understand how your company gets paid, what it needs to buy and on what timeline. If it isn't the right moment yet, we'll tell you.

A person reviews every inquiry

The online form is only the starting point. Someone on our team reads it, follows up on anything that's unclear and explains what comes next.

English or Spanish

Many owners run their business in English but prefer to talk finances in Spanish. Choose the language you're comfortable with and switch whenever you like. Provider documents are usually in English, so we can walk you through the terms of the process in Spanish.

Clarity about our role

From the first conversation you know we're a broker, that approval and terms depend on the provider, and that Grupo Ruico may receive compensation from funding partners for referrals or completed transactions.

How we work

From your first inquiry to the provider's offer

  1. Tell us what you need

Fill out a short inquiry: what you want to finance, the approximate amount and a few basics about the business. No documents are needed at this stage.

  2. We review your situation

We read the details and, if needed, reach out to understand the situation better. We'll tell you whether we see a possible path, and which one.

  3. We prepare the request

We let you know what the provider typically asks for, such as bank statements, the equipment quote or an accounts receivable aging report, and we submit the request.

  4. The provider decides

The provider reviews the request and, if it approves, presents an offer with its terms. We walk you through them (amount, term, payments and fees) so you can review the offer before you decide.

Approval, amount, rate and terms are set by each funding provider.

Businesses we help

We work with companies operating in the United States that have a specific commercial financing need. Today we focus on two situations.

Businesses that need equipment

Contractors, trucking companies, repair shops, manufacturers and service businesses that need machinery, trucks, trailers or equipment to operate or grow without tying up their cash.

Equipment financing →

Businesses waiting on their invoices

Staffing agencies, carriers, distributors, manufacturers and contractors that bill other businesses or government agencies on 30-, 60- or 90-day terms and need working capital while they wait to get paid.

Invoice factoring →

We only work with business financing. We don't arrange personal loans or consumer financing.

Questions about Grupo Ruico

What business owners usually ask before getting started.

Is Grupo Ruico a bank or a lender?

No. We're an independent commercial finance brokerage. Financing is provided by third-party funding providers, which decide approval, amount and terms for each transaction.

How is Grupo Ruico compensated?

Grupo Ruico may receive compensation from funding partners in connection with referrals or completed transactions. The terms of the financing, including rates and fees, are set by the provider and appear in its offer.

Do you only work with Hispanic-owned businesses?

No. We work with any business operating in the United States, in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.

Which states do you work in?

We review inquiries from businesses operating in the United States. Grupo Ruico is a Florida LLC and works online, by email and by phone. Whether an option is available, and whether it's approved, depends on each funding provider and the state where your business operates: not every option is available in every state.

What if my situation isn't a fit?

We'll tell you plainly and, when possible, explain what would need to change (time in business, revenue or documentation) for a request to work down the road.
